     Husband and wife team Anthony and Lori DePaul Started this little mom and pop restaurant in 2013 both are hard working dedicated people with a love for food, serving and pleasing peoples pallets. 

     Anthony has been in the food industry from 1976 at the age of 15. His first job was at a very busy Italian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale Florida where he learned the basic skills of becoming a professional chef. From there he worked as a chef for the Sheraton hotel in Utica, New York State. Most recently Anthony was the Executive chef and driving force of one of the fastest growing catering companies in South Florida. 

Some of chef DePauls strongest assets in the kitchen are his passion for creating dynamic flavors with homemade, fresh foods. His attention to proper preparation, cleanliness and making sure that every dish is treated as if it were the most important dish. 

    Lori began in the food industry as a pastry chef and cake decorator for a large catering company in Broward County.

Lori's strengths are her creativity and artistry in cake baking and designing. Also creating unique and delicious candies and desserts. Lori's passion and attention to detail are why her cakes not only taste great but they are among the most beautiful you will ever see. From Birthday cakes to Wedding cakes and everything in between Lori makes every cake special.
